Farm Ride - Known as Marbury Farm Ride, this is an 6 mile grass ride with 100 optional cross country fences of differing sizes across the 250 acre farm.

Cross Country Schooling Ground - As part of the development of the Equestrian Centre, there is a designated schooling ground with a variety of permanent and portable cross-country fences.

Horse Walker - A Premier five horse, horse walker with rubber floor.

Lunge Pen - 20m diameter with silica sand and fibre surface

Grass Dressage Arena - 20m x 60m with full dressage markers and boards on grass, available when weather allows.

Muck Heap - Access to the muck clamp which is removed by the landlord and included within the Rent.

Services & Business Rates - Mains water and electricity are connected.

The Rent includes a contribution towards all outgoings and services connected, to include all utility bills (water, electric & business rates), muck removal, general paddock maintenance (except damage by the tenant of their horses), and maintenance and upkeep of all the shared facilities.

Rent - The Rent payable in advance equates from a price of £42.00 per stable per week to include all of the Services & Business Rates quoted above. £45,864 PA (£3,822 PCM)

Terms & Conditions - The property is offered to let on a flexible basis, with heads of terms to be agreed between parties.

This Holding Deposit will act as the first month's rent on occupying the property.
