Directions - From Bakewell town centre, head North along the A6 towards Buxton. Head out of the town along the A6 towards Ashford in the Water. Then take the next right hand turning onto A6020 sign posted for Ashford in the Water. Once on the road, continue straight, past Thornbridge Hall and then take the next left hand turning onto Longreave Lane. Go under the bridge and keep left onto Main Street. Follow the road into Great Longstone and past the Crispin Pub and around the left hand bend onto Butts Road and the property will be on the right hand side.

Living Room - With an entrance door leading into the property, a window to the front, feature fire place, recessed shelving and storage and a radiator. There are doors leading to the kitchen and understairs storage.
