Location - Oakstone Cottage is located within the popular village of Great Longstone. The market town of Bakewell is a 10-minute journey and has a further range of shopping, restaurants and a secondary school. The property is located in the Peak District National Park which provides the opportunity to enjoy fantastic walks, scenery and numerous outdoor activities close by.

Directions - From Bakewell town centre, head North along the A6 towards Buxton. Head out of the town along the A6 towards Ashford in the Water. Then take the next right hand turning onto A6020 sign posted for Ashford in the Water. Once on the road, continue straight, past Thornbridge Hall and then take the next left hand turning onto Longreave Lane. Go under the bridge and keep left onto Main Street. Follow the road into Great Longstone and past the Crispin Pub and around the left hand bend onto Butts Road and the property will be on the right hand side.

Living Room - With an entrance door leading into the property, a window to the front, feature fire place, recessed shelving and storage and a radiator. There are doors leading to the kitchen and understairs storage.

Kitchen - With a window to the rear, fitted floor and wall units with worktops and tiled above, a 1? bowl stainless steel sink unit with mixer taps, a walk-in storage cupboard and an external rear door.
