APPLICATION PROCESS
The entire application process is electronic. Once your application has been accepted and the Landlord is happy for us to proceed, our reference company will email you an electronic copy of their reference form for you to complete online.
Upon receipt of acceptable references we will look to confirm a start date with you and arrange for the tenancy agreement to be drawn up, which will be sent to you for electronic signature. At this point the holding deposit will be credited against your first months' rent as outlined in the “Your Holding Deposit Explained” guide.
The remaining first months' rent and damages deposit will be required a minimum of 3 working days before the tenancy commences. This is payable by bank transfer only.
