ONLY Pay for electricity in your studio room.
There is a £35 holding deposit required that has to be paid after the application is submitted to hold the room for up to 3 days to complete the referencing. The holding deposit after renting the room will be accounted for towards your rent.

We do not charge any fees or anything, so it's pretty much exactly like renting directly from the landlord.
