We have a common room and on-site laundry facilities, as well as 24 hour maintenance and security support should you need it.We have a limited number of accessible studios and en-suite bedrooms available.*The 42 week contract applies to LJMU referred first year students only.We have a variety of tenancy lengths available and you can pay in 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, or 11 instalments depending on your chosen contract length. The option for 4 and 11 instalments is only available on 50 week contracts.Our flexible cancellation option allows you to cancel up to and including 45 days before the start of your tenancy.
