Seeking animal loving flat mate to share clean, comfortable and homely ground floor flat. Flexible furnishing - currently has a single bed only - happy for someone to furnish it themselves or I can furnish it - open to discussion! Access to all amenities. Small fenced off area to the front of the flat which overlooks a park and small garden to the rear. Double glazed, bath with over head shower. Central heating. Must be an animal lover as I have a small dog. Well behaved dogs considered.

On road parking, but also free parking in nearby car park, only one minute walk from the flat. Please contact me to arrange a viewing. Length of stay can be negotiated.
I'm quiet, socialise occasionally, enjoy walks with my dog and chilling with Netflix and a fruity gin!
