The location is lovely you are on the cusp on Limehouse basin, a lovely dock with lots of docked boats. It's lovely location to go for a run or walk along the river Thames. Limehouse and West Ferry DLR stations are within a very short walk. From here, you can get to Canary Wharf within 10 minutes and Bank within 10 minutes also.

This property is available with a Deposit Free option which means that instead of paying a traditional five weeks security deposit, you pay a fee of 28% of the first months rent + VAT (subject to a minimum of £120 + VAT) to become a member of a deposit free renting scheme which significantly reduces the up-front costs.
