The Area

The Street: This property is just off Broadway Market with its supermarkets, boutique shopping, organic grocers, wine shops, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops, and of course the famous market every Saturday. It’s a lively and popular community hub. The property has no windows directly onto the market so is still peaceful and quiet.

Parks: A 2-minute walk to London Fields, a 10-minute walk along Regent’s Canal to Victoria Park (where there is another food market every Sunday), and a 10-minute walk to Haggerston Park. The flat is within walking distance of both Hackney (10 mins) and Spitalifields (20 mins) city farms if you're an animal fan. You're also just up the street from Colombia Road (flower market on Sundays), and the flat has a view of a little park just up Duncan road which is great for work outs too.

Bus stops at Mare St (5 mins walk) and at both ends of Broadway Market (2 mins walk)
Tube from Bethnal Green (12 mins walk)
Overground from London Fields (7 min walk) which goes to Liverpool St, Haggerston (15 mins) and Hackney Central (18 mins)
