Hi, I currently rent a room in a 3 bed apartment in Westferry, next to Bartlett Park. I’m looking for someone fun & chilled to take over my room in this lovely little home.
It's got the most incredible view of Canary Wharf and a gorgeous park in-between us & the city, there's a band that plays in the park in the summer & a real community feel.
The room is spacious and has a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe (the desk & chair are not included). Each room has underfloor heating and it's own thermostat. There's a large master bathroom that you'll share with 1 other housemate. There's a huge storage cupboard in the bathroom & another 2 large storage cupboards in the hallway.
There's a shared living, dining & kitchen area with a washing machine, dish washer, fridge/freezer, TV & superfast wifi. The flatmates you’ll be sharing with are in there most nights cooking with a glass of wine and watching films and TV. They’d really like to share the space with someone who wants to get involved in that too!
The apartment is quiet and bright and feels spacious but snug. Both other tenants work from home full time & like to let off steam at the weekend. The apartment is super close to the city but it feels like you’re away from the hustle & bustle. The best of both worlds!
The apartment is a 5-10 min walk from Westferry & only a 10-15 min walk into Canary Wharf & there's a bunch of busses.
Bills are not included and come to around £85 pcm including the wifi, electric, water & council tax. We also have a cleaner that comes twice a month which is £24 a month each.
The room is available to rent from the 1st June, but if you need to move in before then I’m happy to discuss!
