DIRECTIONSFrom Crediton take the A377 to Newton St Cyres. Turn left as you go down the hill as signed "Beer Engine" and follow the road over the bridge. Keep on the same road and just up the hill past the Beer Engine you will see a sign on the right for "New Estate". There is a car park just as you turn into that road. No. 1 is a little further along on the right hand side.From Exeter take the A377 from the north of the city towards Crediton for about 3 miles. When in Newton St Cyres, just as you are leaving the village there is a sign on the right "Beer Engine". Follow the road over the bridge, keeping on this road and just up the hill past the Beer Engine you will see a sign on the right hand side for "New Estate". There is a car park as you turn into that road. No 1 is a little further along on the right.
