Not only does it offer sea views but it now offers brand new furnishings such as queen sized beds, ample storage and all rooms have their very own ensuite. 

COMMUNAL AREAS The communal areas are equipped with brand new smart TV's for you to enjoy after lectures. Additionally the building provides super-fast WiFi to keep you up to date with your studying. Adding to the benefits there is also an on site laundrette, maintenance operatives with on-call service, fob system access control for safety and for those of you with bikes, there are bike racks available.
