Clapham Park is a small area in the Borough of Lambeth which is South to Central Clapham and West of Brixton. With a current 1-billion pound development masterplan in place for the build and refurbishment of the area, the residents of Clapham Park are preparing for improvements of new Schools, a Nursery, better green spaces and locations for businesses and shops.

With an influx of new homes which are soon becoming available for shared ownership, to rent and buy, there will be a wide selection of properties suited to people who are in different situations and looking for appropriate accommodation. The regeneration development has been created in collaboration with both stakeholders and residents, meaning that locals have had a voice in how the area is going to be revived and will soon gain important features that will help with the progression of the area and everyday life.

Safety

As the area is improving the crime rate has also improved, this is allowing the area to become safer for local residents.

There are many options of paid private parking within the area. Locals can choose to pay an hourly, weekly or monthly fee for private driveways, car parks and residential roads, for example, Kings Avenue, Courtenay House, Queenswood Court or Limerick Close, which are all within 10 minutes of Clapham Park.

Nightlife

There is a wide selection of varied Bars and Restaurants in and around Clapham Park and the Clapham area. Choose from many good options of both sophisticated and fun venues for an evening out.

With the many homes and Schools which are coming to the area, it is the perfect up-and-coming environment for young families to raise their children in and to provide them with a good education within a thriving area that has some lively entertainment options available.
