Chadwell Heath sits within both the London Borough of Redbridge and the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. The area is a popular hamlet, situated between the towns of Romford and Ilford, where some of the sought-after streets have their own waiting lists. As properties are at a much lower rate than most other London areas, Chadwell Heath is home to many young professionals and young families alike, with a range of properties that are on offer, from Victorian houses to 1930s houses.

This suburban location is very much thriving, with High Road providing a range of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, hairdressers, dry cleaners, and a post office. There are also many fun activities within the area, such as an 18-hole Master Golf Course at The Golf Kingdom, Moby Golf (the UK’s largest adventure golf course), Capital Karts which runs the UK’s longest indoor go-karting track, a Cinema, Gyms and the Westfiled Stratford Shopping Centre which is only a quick 16-minute train ride away.
