Built of red brick, in the early 1990’s, Wilbra is a substantial detached family home situated in the attractive hamlet of Aston Somerville, within striking distance of Broadway. The ground floor accommodation is particularly generous and could be used in a number of ways to suite a multitude of buyers, but briefly comprises a reception hall with cloakroom, two reception rooms of similar size, which could be used as a study and formal dining room, a large sitting room with open aspect over the rear garden, and a kitchen with separate utility room and WC. On the first floor, the principal bedroom benefits from a large ensuite shower room and there are four further bedrooms, all doubles, in addition to a family bathroom and separate WC. The loft, which is fully boarded and features Velux windows, spans the width of the property offering substantial storage space, and the potential to create further accommodation, subject to obtaining the necessary consent.
OUTSIDE
To the front of the property, an area of lawn screened by hedging splits two driveways, providing parking for several vehicles and at the rear of the property, a private garden with a variety of mature shrubs and trees, a detached workshop and gated access to both sides of the property.
DIRECTIONS
Upon entering the village from Broadway continue for approximately half a mile turning left onto Church Road. Wilbra is the first property on the left-hand side.

The pretty rural hamlet of Aston Somerville lies approximately 3.5 miles to the east of Broadway and about 4 miles to the south of Evesham. The village comprises an attractive selection of period and contemporary cottages and houses. The larger cultural and shopping centres for the area are Cheltenham (approximately 14 miles) and Stratford-upon-Avon(approximately 18 miles). There are mainline train stations to Oxford and London/Paddington at Evesham and Moreton-in-Marsh. Aston Somerville is also well placed for access to the M5 at Junction 9 Tewkesbury and the M40 and M42.
