Located in a central position of the village, 31 Main Street is a super stylish Grade II listed stone cottage. Having undergone an extensive renovation by the current vendor it combines character and charm with a modern lifestyle. To complement the wealth of features which include exposed stone walls and ceiling beams, the country style kitchen is fitted with base units, inset oven, space for fridge freezer, wood block work surfaces and an eye-catching Belfast sink with mixer tap over. The light and airy sitting room has a beautiful inset log burning stove, full height stand-up radiator, exposed timber beams and a striking parquet floor. In addition, there is a well-appointed cloakroom with WC and wash basin. Stairs rise to a generous sized landing which has a charming wooden floor and doubles as a useful study area. The 2 double bedrooms are superbly presented with bedroom one having the benefit of fitted wardrobes. Both are served by a ‘Jack n Jill’ bathroom with WC, vanity basin, panelled bath with waterfall shower over.

OUTSIDE
The large garden is a very short walk from the cottage and is principally laid to lawn and bounded by fencing in addition there is a summer house and log store. A versatile brick built outbuilding has been fully painted and is currently used as a gym area but would provide excellent additional storage.

DIRECTIONS
From the village centre proceed along the main road for a short distance on the road to Badsey. The cottage will be seen on the left hand side after a short distance.
