"I fell in love with the character of the building from the outside and walking into the Atrium through the large oak doors certainly gave me the wow factor each and every time I came home. The apartment is easy to access especially when walking in with the shopping and the atrium entrance has a handy place for parcels to be dropped off whilst I was out. The parking space allowed me the convenience of keeping a car for those longer journeys and shopping trips. When I didn't feel like driving, Temple Meads was just around the corner to jump on a train to Bath. I enjoyed having Queens Square on our doorstep for picnics during the summer and everything I could possibly need was within walking distance (including the university!). The harbourside and St Nicholas Markets were my go to hangouts on weekends and not just because they were so close! Inside the apartment I was drawn to the modern design and feeling of spaciousness that the elevated ceilings in the open plan living area provided. Finding a property with three rooms which were all of good size was hard to come by and when I saw this place I knew there would never be any arguments as to who got which room.
