The Vendor's View - Alpha Road is well-located in Birchington, the town, schools and station are all nearby, so it is well-suited to family, commuter and easy-going lifestyles. We are set on a wide road and it is always lovely to return home to a quiet setting every evening.
We love the space here; the property provides us with a good balance for independence and entertaining. It is lovely and bright as we have a lot of windows and large external doors. The flow through our home and access from inside to out is ideal. The larger of our two living rooms has double patio doors into the garden, while the extension has bi folds on the angle to completely open the space up. We have a large garden, each year we host a barbecue for between 80-120 people and everyone always comments on the space we have.
Our extensions were well-designed to provide plenty of versatility. We transformed an area downstairs to be fully self-contained with its own front door and there is potential for further development too. The hallways help to provide independence to the bedrooms and we have three bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite.
We have loved living in a well-proportioned house in a comfortable, friendly setting, but we are now looking to downsize.
