SELLERS INSIGHT "Rutland Lodge provided us with an idyllic childhood home where we spent hours in the garden making dens, climbing trees, looking for creepy crawlies, feeding our bantam hens and taking part in a wide range of sports on the front lawn. The 'mysterious' basement was first our playhouse, then a roller skating rink, a model railway layout, a museum, a place to play table tennis and finally, when we were teenagers, a 'Cavern' night club which made our friends very envious."
