Mum and dad lived at this bungalow for over thirty years and in that time had diligently kept it in good condition inside and out. In recent years the windows have been replaced and an upgraded boiler installed along with a new front door. Inside the bungalow probably needs redecorating but apart from this it is in good condition. Dad loved the garden and sitting in the summer house admiring the fish pond and it is so quiet here you can relax and get away from it all. The bus stops just across the road and takes you to Sandown or Shanklin and you can get to the cliff path and beach quite easily.
