Meeting the demands of those specifically over the age of fifty five, this apartment is one of the sought after one bedroom homes. In the front of the development with its very own balcony it gives you valuable private outside space which is somewhere you watch the world go by. As you enter the development through the light and airy foyer, say hello to the house manager, and then take the lift up to the first floor and catch up with your neighbours on the way. Once inside your own apartment relax and unwind in the spacious lounge / dining room and fix yourself something to eat in the well appointed kitchen. The shower room has a large walk-in shower unit with grab rails should you need them. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes and the whole property is warm and cozy with double-glazed windows and highly efficient electric heating. Mum bought this apartment over all the others in the development as it was in the front over looking the street with the balcony. She was very happy here and made a lot of new friends. It is a real community and with the house manager on hand to deal with the things, she felt safe and secure in her own home. The communal lounge is great for everyone to meet and get together and there is even a guest suite which you can book for relatives when they want to come and visit so having one bedroom was never a worry. Mum could walk into town or down to the beach and having a lift meant that she did not have to carry bags of shopping up the stairs. Living here also gave us the peace of mind that mum was not worrying about anything and she was very happy here.Room sizes:Entrance HallLounge / Dining Room: 16'2 x 9'6 (4.93m x 2.90m)Kitchen: 8'0 x 7'9 (2.44m x 2.36m)Bedroom: 11'3 x 8'4 (3.43m x 2.54m)Shower RoomBalconyResident LoungeCommunal Laundry RoomCommunal AreaAllocated Parking
