TENANT OBLIGATIONS

EARLY TERMINATION REQUEST
Early Termination Request - Should you wish to leave the property before the end of your tenancy agreement, and should the landlord agree to this, then you will be liable to cover the landlord’s costs of re-letting the property as well as any rent and utility bills and gardens maintenance costs due under the terms of your tenancy agreement up until the point the replacement tenancy commences.

WHAT INFORMATION WE WILL NEED

Applicants have to pass a credit check and also ‘an affordability test’. Depending on your circumstances a tenant must have a total monthly income of at least 2.5 x the monthly rent. (overtime and bonuses are not usually included).
