"In the event that an agreement is made between tenant and landlord, either prior to or during a tenancy, that the tenant may keep a pet or pets at the property during a tenancy, please note and consider that an additional sum of rent equal to £25.00 per pet, per month will be payable for the duration of the tenancy and in addition to the advertised or agreed sum of rent. Should consent to keep a pet or any additional pet be sought and agreed during a tenancy, the tenant will have requested a change of the terms of the tenancy and the tenant will be charged by Hose Rhodes Dickson £50.00 including VAT for the work required to amend the tenancy agreement."

Borthwood Copse is owned by the national trust and is opposite the cottage enjoy a lovely stroll around delightful ancient oak and beech trees, sunny glades and chestnut and hazel coppice. You may also be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of a red squirrels as they scurry through the trees.

The local village shop is nearby and a short drive will take you in to the towns of Shanklin and Sandown where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, pubs and takeaways. Sandy beaches can be also be found in Sandown and Shanklin. If you don't want to take your car there is a local bus service and the bus stop is just outside Hill Cottage.
