Property description

LOCATION Bessingham Manor is accessed by its own brick and flint tower being the entrance to a long drive off a little rural single track lane on the edge of the tiny village of Bessingham in "deepest darkest North Norfolk" and lies approximately 5 miles equidistant from Sheringham, Holt and Cromer (ten minute drive) and 20 miles north of the historic city of Norwich (30 minutes).

The Norfolk Broads.Bessingham Manor is an excellent location from which to explore the wider county, including the North Norfolk Heritage Coast (a designated area of outstanding natural beauty) and the Norfolk Broads.

Bessingham Manor itself sits in a conservation area and the immediate area around Bessingham is somewhat of a rural idyll, offering breathtaking views of quiet undulating countryside and big, star-filled night skies. It is off the beaten track, away from the normal tourist area but is a short drive from the bustling seaside town of Sheringham (with its independent shops and a Steam Railway) and Cromer, famous for its Crabs, Lobsters and of course it's pier.

The fashionable Georgian market town of a Holt is also a short drive away with its many boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops and even an independent department store!
