To secure a property while going through the application process, you will be asked to place a reservation fee of £100.00 which will be used as part payment of the first months rent on successful application.
This reservation fee may be at risk if you fail to disclose something or give false or misleading information on the application form e.g. stating that you have no CCJs but the subsequent credit check shows that CCJs are present in your credit history.
The rent does not include gas, electricity, council tax or water rates.
Rent is payable monthly, in advance each month.
If the landlord allows pets (see above) then an additional bond will be requested - please ask for details.
