Located in South East London, New Eltham falls within both the Greenwich and Bexley Boroughs. New Eltham was originally a farmland suburb of Eltham, where it was later developed from a small hamlet into a thriving area of London. When Pope Street Station, now known as New Eltham Station, was built, it became the driving force behind the growth of the area. The farmland was transformed into housing and the bridge that crosses the railway line at Avery Hill Road into New Eltham was widened, therefore bringing more people and businesses into the area.

Residents can choose from private spots in residential roads, Car Parks and on Driveways, some of these options include, Stanley Cl, Parkview Road, Sidcup Road and Premier Inn Eltham, which are all safely monitored and within 10 minutes of New Eltham.
