Renfrewshire Area Guides

Renfrewshire lies in the west of Scotland, and is an exceptionally well-connected county. Glasgow’s international airport is minutes from the town of Paisley, which is notable for its medieval abbey, and frequent trains connect the area to Glasgow and the rest of the country. The area is also connected by road via the M8, and the ferry links the region to Cowal and the Clyde Islands. Though there are several busy towns, there are many old mill towns and picturesque villages to choose from as well, and the numerous great schools in the area will all benefit from a new multimillion pound investment programme. With cycle routes and parts, ski slopes, entertainment centres, and shopping centres, there’s also a huge variety of ways to spend your free time in Renfrewshire.
