Hull, also known as Kingston upon Hull, is a port city located in the county of East Riding, in the Yorkshire and the Humber region of England. Having been awarded the ‘City of Culture' in 2017, Hull underwent redevelopment of its infrastructure which then lead to the opening of many wonderful venues, including 'The Deep', one of the world's most spectacular aquariums that is home to over 3,500 sea creatures. The city offers an abundance of culture and history, with plenty of delicious cuisines, shopping centres, and attractions, such as the recently renovated coastal marina that spans back over 200 years. Bordered by the impressive River Humber to the South and the North Sea to the East, Hull really is a hidden gem that provides a mixture of stunning countryside and coastline, with a bonus of the North Yorkshire Moors and Dales which are only a stone's throw away.
