Owners Comments... Bailey Mews was our very first step on the property ladder when we bought brand-new backIn September 2018. It has been a very lovely family home to raise our two boys who are now 7 and 10.We have made very happy memories here and made the house our own. The location is great as the local school is only a two minute walk and its great to not have to drive to get to the co-op. Within easy reach there's plenty of local amenities including the popular Dobbies' Garden Centre with a Waitrose and a superb butcher. Shinfield Village is also host to plenty of pubs, Crumb's Cafe, a post office & a small supermarket due to open at a later date. Local bus route will take you into the neighbouring towns of Reading & Wokingham, and you're close by to Mereoak Park & Ride as well as Junction 11 of the M4 as well. There's also train links with Green Park station connecting you with Basingstoke & Reading, giving you excellent access direct into London as well.
