The room is generously sized with a double bed and wardrobe. There is a large, shared kitchen, a bathroom and separate WC, but also a shower cubicle in the room for convenience. This shared accommodation benefits from double glazed windows and gas central heating.
Included in the rent amount are most of the bills, which incorporates the gas central heating, internet, water, and council tax of which is band B. Property is offered to rent on a fixed term six month agreement that then will progress to a monthly periodic contract.
Due to the nature of the shared house, the landlord is ideally looking for someone who can easily fit in with the already established tenants. The space would ideally suit a single working individual who is working locally and who matches the current demographic of those living there.
