There is a small garden at the rear of the property and storage for bicycles.

All bills including gas, electric, water, and broadband are included. Communal areas will be cleaned fortnightly.
Parking is available on the street permits are required.

There are six rooms in total. A minimum six month tenancy applies. Single occupancy only. Would suit professional, sorry no pets or smokers. EPC rating: D.
