THE LAND

The land benefits from natural water sources.
The successful applicant(s) will also have use, should they wish, of an agricultural building and the farmyard to aid husbandry activities, handling and loading.

TENURE
The land will be let on a Grazing Licence from 4th May 2024 to 14th September 2024. The land is not available for Basic Payment Scheme purposes.

RENT
The rent will be payable in one instalment, being payable on the signing of the Grazing Licence.

LOCATION & ACCESS
Travelling on the A44 towards Aberystwyth in the village of Capel Bangor, turn left for Cwmrheidol. Follow the road for 1.4 miles and he land can be found on the left hand side via a track off the road.

WAYLEAVES, EASEMENTS & RIGHTS OF WAY
The land will be let subject to all existing Easements, Wayleaves and Rights of Way. The Landlord reserves the right for himself or a nominee of his choice to access any part of the land at any time.

METHOD OF LETTING
The property is To Let by Informal Tender.
